How can I pay for my scan or treatment?
We accept cash and card payments at the clinic. We may ask for a deposit at the time of booking.
Do you accept insurance patients?
All our treatments and scans are self-pay. We can provide you with any receipts which you can use to claim back from your insurance provider. We are unable to comment regarding if your insurance policy will cover our fees.
Do you have parking?
There is free street parking on Stanwell Road where the clinic is based.
How do I prepare for the scan?
Please be appropriately dressed to allow for easy access to the body part/joint being examined with ultrasound.
Can I have a friend or family attend?
You can have one family member attend with you inside the scan room.
When do I get my results?
Your results will be discussed with you at the time of the scan but the formal written report and images will be sent to you with in 24 to 48 hours.
